What Does It Cost To Live On Campus?

Housing Rates

Proposed rates for the new academic year will be released in late spring and can be viewed online at Housing Assignment Services.

Freshman Housing

All incoming freshman students pay the same rate for on-campus housing regardless of the location or type of room as long as they are assigned to a designated freshman residence hall.

Upperclass Housing

All students assigned to upperclass residence halls will be charged the published rate for the assigned hall type and room type.

Winter Session Rate

Students residing in on-campus residence halls will be billed a $500 housing fee for Winter Session regardless of the type of room or area of campus.
