MINOR IN HISTORY

A student may minor in history by taking 15 credits as follows:
  
Any two of the following 6
HIST 101 Western Civilization to 1648
HIST 102 Western Civilization: 1648 to the Present
HIST 103 World History I
HIST 104 World History II
HIST 205 U.S. History to 1865
HIST 206 U.S. History since 1865
  
Three HIST courses at or above the 300 level (excluding HIST 491 and HIST 493) 9

Many history courses fulfill Group B requirements of the College of Arts and Sciences.
