CONCENTRATION: APPLIED ECONOMICS
The requirements for the major in Economics must be met. The following requirements must be met in place of the requirement for six economics courses, with at least two at the 400-level (minimum of C- in all required concentration courses).
Three Economics courses at the 300- or 400-level
The following requirements must be met in place of the Quantitative Proficiency Requirements for the B.S. degree in Economics:
Three credits in MATH at the 200-level or above requiring calculus as a prerequisite except MATH 308.
Six credits from the following: ACCT 208, BUAD 306, BUAD 346, BUAD 446, MISY 430, MISY 431, STAT and CISC courses at the 300-level or above (except CISC 355 and CISC 356), and any 200-level or above Mathematics course requiring calculus as a prerequuisiste except MATH 308.
